Raspberry Banana Smoothies

DESCRIPTION

Banana, raspberry and hemp play second fiddle to the exotic coconut oil and coconut water flavors in these silky, flavor-packed smoothies.

PREP, COOK, TOTAL TIME

Prep time: 5 minutes

SERVINGS

Yields: 2 to 3 smoothies

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut water
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
2 bananas
1 date, pitted
1 tablespoon hemp protein powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 to 4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons LouAna® 100% Pure Coconut Oil, melted

DIRECTIONS

In the blender, add in the coconut milk, coconut water, frozen raspberries, bananas, date, hemp protein powder and vanilla extract; blend until the mixture is very smooth. With the blender running, slowly incorporate the melted coconut oil until thoroughly combined.

Divide among glasses and serve immediately.
