Chocolate No-Bake Bars

A go-to sweet treat in a no-bake bar. They are sweet, so quick to put together, and loaded with good things that not only satisfy but leave you feeling full of energy.


Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes, plus at least 60 minutes chilling time


Yields: 1 (9-inch) pan of bars


1/3 cup LouAna® 100% Pure Coconut Oil
2/3 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2/3 cup peanut butter
3 cups old-fashioned oats


Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring coconut oil, syrup, cocoa powder and salt to a boil and sustain for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until melted. Stir in oats.

Pour immediately into prepared baking pan and pack down firmly. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares or rectangles, depending on your desired size. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
